A recent Windows update will update the driver for Intel based graphics chips to version (2016-12-16)

This driver update will prevent the Storyboard OpenGLES 2.0 runtime from running correctly.

To remedy this issue, you have 3 options:

1) Replace the libEGL.dll and libGLESv2.dll files in your Storyboard Engine installation directory.

For a Storyboard 5.0 default installation, this would be at C:\Program Files (x86)\Crank_Software\Storyboard_Engine\5.0.201702270437\win32-x86-opengles_2.0-obj\bin
The new files can be retrieved from: ... GLESv2.dll ... libEGL.dll

2) Set your default display adapter to another chip if you have multiple graphics chips (Eg., Nvidia)

3) Roll-back the driver installation. To do this:
    A) Open up the Windows Device Manager, and find your Intel HD Graphics Family Display Adapter
    B) Right click and select Update Driver Software
    C) Select "Browse my computer or driver software"
    D) Select "Let me pick from a list..."
    E) Choose an older compatible driver for the Intel Display Adapter
