Evaluation version

I submitted a request for a 30 evaluation on Monday but haven't heard back from Crank since.
Tried calling HQ but no one seems to be there.
Does Cranksoftware close down btwn XMas and New Years?

Yes, we are closed from Christmas to New Years but we do keep an eye on support for any urgent issues. Did you already email support? If you did email me (jason@cranksoftware.com) your ticket ID and I'll take a look.
