Postby Riyadh » Mon Dec 26, 2016 8:02 am

Hello

- During two years ago I experimenting with many platforms Embedded Systems, I did not find a better and easier to Crank Storyboard in the design of user interfaces ( GUI ), But my problem with this software is I could not understand the mechanism of action so far is that I can not use the communication protocols such as UART, I2C, CAN, SPI, GPIO, USB,.....etc
- how can make interaction the application with external events?
- I have STM32F746NG discovery , how can use some lib like <stm32f7xx_hal.h> in Crank suite ??
- I used Storyboard Suite Evaluation: STM32, also I went know how I can build *.gapp to *.bin or *.hex file ??
So sorry for my Language weak

Hello,

Communicating with device drivers, third party applications etc. can be done using Storyboard IO. Here is a link to a SBIO video to help understand how it can be integrated into Storyboard applications ...

https://youtu.be/4qoGkXDUQ08

A Storyboard IO sample called ThermostatIO (referenced in the video) is shipped with Storyboard Suite. It can be located in the Samples directory of where you installed Storyboard Suite.

Additional information on Storyboard IO can be found in our online documentation located here ...

http://www.cranksoftware.com/cranksoftw ... /ch09.html

Information on exporting a storyboard application can be located here ...

http://www.cranksoftware.com/cranksoftw ... /ch20.html

If you require additional information please contact support@cranksoftware.com

Thanks,

-Jamie
