tscalib example impossible to change

Postby davewho » Wed Jan 23, 2019 10:26 am

We have been using the tscalib example for some time, but have need to change it. I have placed new print statements into the ts_calib.lua script, but the printed statements have not changed. This is true when simulating on a Windows machine and when running on the Linux target.

We have a GUI application that calls the tscalib as a separate application using os.execute() to run tscalib. When tscalib completes, the GUI application resumes.
--This snipit is from the GUI application to show how the ts_calib application is launched.
gre.send_event("hold_screen")
if gre.env("target_os") == "linux" then
os.execute("/opt/storyboard/bin/sbengine -otslib,calibrate ts_calib.gapp")
else
os.execute([["C:\Program Files\Crank_Software\Storyboard_Engine\5.3.201807051156\win32-x86-opengles_2.0-obj\bin\sbengine.exe" ts_calib.gapp]])
end
gre.send_event("release_screen")
Does the tscalib actually use the ts_calib.lua script? If yes, why do changes in the script not affect how the tscalib application functions?

I found the issue. There was another instance of the application. Sorry to have posted the question.
