Questions about what is possible when creating Android apps.

Hello
The storyboard suite looks very promising, we are cosidering using it for Android app development, but would like to have a few things cleared up.

Is it possible to call a webservice and populate a table view from the returned data when creating the app with Storyboard suite?
If it is, can you encrypt parameter data send to the webservice with SHA256?
Is it possible to store global data, like if people input username and such in your app, and you would like to store it for next time the app is launched.
Is it possible to access the GPS on the phone when using Storyboard to make the app?

Would also like to know what a license for the software costs?

Regards
Jacob

Hello Jacob,

Yes at this time we have an Android SDK available that enables communication between Storyboard and Android services. Moving forward in a later release, we plan on making the communication process easier by incorporating that functionality into our Lua offering.

Hello Jamiev
So you can confirm that it is possible to do all of the things I have listed?
Can you provide some info about how I would go about calling a webservice with some parameters SHA256 encrypted?

What is the price of the software?

Jacob
